CHINA FOMA （GROUP）CO.,LTD. (CFMC) was established in 1979 which is one of the major state-owned enterprises directly under the leadership of the Central Government, with head office in Beijing.

CFMC has 11 subsidiaries including 3 listed company, such as Changlin Co., Ltd.(Code: 600710), Linhai Co.,Ltd. (Code:600099) and SUFOMA Co.,Ltd. (Code:600290). CFMC also has set up a number of joint ventures with some world-class enterprises including Komatsu and Hyundai, etc. These subsidiaries are located in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, and in some eastern developed areas, with their marketing offices spreading all over the country.

CFMC is the largest enterprise in China's forestry machinery industry. The company manufactures and markets more than 300 products, which could be classified into four categories including wood-based panel and woodworking machinery, mini-type power machines and  motorcycles, engineering machinery, knives and tools. CFMC is the leading manufacturer of the woodworking industry in China.

China Foma Trading Co.,Ltd. (FOMA TRADING) was established in 2001 as the professional trading company of CFMC, by CFMC and its listed company, Changlin Co.,Ltd and Linhai Co.,Ltd. . Foma Trading got the import and export license from China government. To take charge of inter-trade for CFMC group and its member, assort with cooperation and dividing the work among the members of CFMC for some important project, collecting and giving suggestions about  industry development are major responsibility of Foma Trading. Since it set up, Foma Trading kept good business relationship with users from about 50 countries and regions, especially in wood and unwood-based panel production line exporting.

 福马贸易有限责任公司(以下简称：公司)成立于2001年，具有国家颁发的进出口经营资格。公司是由中国福马机械集团有限公司出资控股，以及其相对控股的上市子公司，常林股份有限公司（股票交易代码：600710）、林海股份有限公司（股票交易代码：600099）共同出资参股的有限责任公司。公司现有从业人员中具有工程师、高级（含商务）工程师专业技术资格的员工占80%。公司的主要职责是负责福马集团公司总部及所属企业的对外贸易工作。
